Terms of Service

The rules for using this website.
Who publishes these terms
These terms are published by Benden Sonra Otizmle Yaşam Derneği (Life with Autism After Me Association), Düz Mah. Yıldız Sok. No: 10/301, Altınordu, Ordu, Türkiye. Email: bendensonrainfo@gmail.com. Telephone: +90 501 546 52 52.
The association is the content provider of its own pages. Article 4 of Turkish Law No. 5651 on regulation of publications on the internet and combating crimes committed through such publications says that a content provider is responsible for the content it makes available. The site has no public comments and no member posts. The association is not a host of other people’s messages.
The statute is published at https://www.mevzuat.gov.tr/mevzuat?MevzuatNo=5651&MevzuatTur=1&MevzuatTertip=5. The Turkish Code of Obligations, Law No. 6098, is at https://www.mevzuat.gov.tr/mevzuat?MevzuatNo=6098&MevzuatTur=1&MevzuatTertip=5.
What these terms cover
They cover the pages at https://bendensonra.org. Personal information is described in the privacy notice: https://bendensonra.org/en/legal/privacy-policy
X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and your own email provider have their own terms. These terms stop when you leave for one of those services.
Using the site
The pages are free to read. There is no account and no payment on the site. The volunteer and donate pages are not a contract to pay.
Reading the site means you can see these terms. It is not a signed membership agreement. Article 26 of the Turkish Code of Obligations protects freedom of contract. Article 27 says a contract that breaks a mandatory rule, morality, public order, or personal rights, or whose subject is impossible, is void. These terms do not remove a right that a statute says cannot be waived.
Not professional advice
The writing is general information about the association and about autism. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, legal advice, or a promise of a particular service. For a decision about health, education, or law, ask a qualified person.
Messages
The contact form does not post what you type to a server run by the association. Submit opens your own email program with the message already written. Nothing reaches us unless you send that email.
A message you send is not published on the site. It is read only so that we can reply.
Materials
The text, the logo, and the resource files are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on intellectual and artistic works. You may read them for personal use. They are not offered for resale, and the author’s name may not be removed. Resource cards name the author.
Copying or making them available to the public, beyond what that law allows, needs the association’s permission. In the United Kingdom, copyright is also governed by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/48/contents
The Turkish statute is at https://www.mevzuat.gov.tr/mevzuat?MevzuatNo=5846&MevzuatTur=1&MevzuatTertip=3.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send unlawful material, to infringe someone else’s rights, to try to break the site, or to speak in the association’s name in a misleading way.
Other services
The X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube icons are ordinary links. Their feeds are not embedded. Every page includes a Google map of our address. Those services are outside the association’s control. These terms end when you go to them.
Nothing is sold here
The site does not sell goods or paid services. It does not form a distance contract under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the protection of the consumer. If a payment is ever arranged apart from this site, that payment has its own terms, and consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply. These terms do not remove them.
Law No. 6502 is at https://www.mevzuat.gov.tr/mevzuat?MevzuatNo=6502&MevzuatTur=1&MevzuatTertip=5.
Responsibility
Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations says that an agreement made in advance, under which the debtor would not be liable for gross negligence, is void. These terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life or bodily integrity.
Under section 65 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, a trader cannot exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence. Part 2 of that Act assesses unfair terms in a consumer contract. A term that causes a significant imbalance, to the consumer’s detriment, is not binding to that extent. The Act is at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/15/contents
The site offers general information and does not promise a particular result. Unless a statute says otherwise, the association is not liable for an interruption of a linked service.
Which law applies
Turkish law applies to these terms. A right that the reader’s own statute says cannot be waived still applies. The courts and enforcement offices of Ordu are competent, unless a mandatory venue rule in the reader’s country says otherwise.
Regulation 6 of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 asks an information-society service to make its identity easy to find. The association’s name, geographic address, email, and telephone are stated above. The Regulations are at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2002/2013/contents
In the United States, a copyright concern may be sent to the email above. Name the work, where it appears on the site, and the right you hold. The association will review it. The association has not designated an agent under 17 U.S.C. § 512, and these terms do not claim that safe harbor. Reading the site is not a signed waiver of a right that a state statute says cannot be waived.
Contact
Questions, and notices about a work, go to bendensonrainfo@gmail.com or to the postal address above.
Changes
If the website or the law changes, we will update these terms and the date at the top. This version is dated 26 October 2026.
